All hemp and cannabis samples must be packaged, labeled, and transported in accordance with Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) requirements, including proper sealing, labeling, and chain-of-custody documentation.

Per OCM standards, the minimum compliance sample size is 0.5% of the batch mass, with the following minimums:

Fill out all Metrc Manifest and regulatory documentation prior to delivery. This includes an accurate and complete list of any pesticides, solvents, or catalysts applied or used in the production of the batch.
All batch testing must be scheduled through the statewide monitoring system within two business days of sampling. Accurate and complete documentation ensures proper intake, tracking, and timely reporting.
Please complete your sample request in Confident LIMS prior to arriving at the lab. Walk-in samples submitted without a prior order may experience processing delays.
Please deliver all samples to the back loading dock between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Signage will guide you to the appropriate delivery door.
