Order Testing

Before dropping off your samples, all test orders must be submitted through Confident LIMS — our client portal. This ensures your samples are logged, assigned, and ready to process the moment they arrive. Skipping this step may result in delays to your turnaround time.

Create Your Account

First time ordering? Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Create your account — Register through Confident LIMS to set up your client profile.
  2. Click New Order — From your dashboard, select New Order to begin.
  3. Find your lab — On the “Select Lab to Place an Order” screen, scroll down to Minnesota and select True North Analytical.
  4. Complete your order details — Enter your product information, select the tests you need, and submit your order.
  5. Bring your samples to the lab — Once your order is confirmed, drop off your samples at TNA.

What You Can Access in Confident LIMS

Your client portal is also where you’ll:

  • View and download your test results and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
  • Track the status of current orders
  • Review your full order history
  • Print labels for your products
  • Manage your account settings and invite team members

Deliver to Our Facility

Please complete your sample request in Confident LIMS prior to arriving at the lab. Walk-in samples submitted without a prior order may experience processing delays.

Please deliver all samples to the back loading dock between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Signage will guide you to the appropriate delivery door.

Payment

TNA accepts payments by check upon delivery or ACH transfer.

New clients: Payment is required prior to reporting. Please contact us 612-497-9626 to set up your billing account before your first submission.

Established clients: Will be invoiced upon completion.
